Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error by bon32 or as required by law. If you deposit funds by mistake, contact customer support immediately. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require additional verification.
You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative Indonesian bank account registered in your name. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before any winnings can be withdrawn. During the dispute resolution process, your account will remain accessible for normal gaming activities unless suspension is necessary for investigation purposes. Disputed funds may be temporarily held pending resolution.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving Indonesian players.
